A few observations. I don't think Teofimo has it together mentally, despite his newfound energy. In the ring, he struggles with a particular style and the best movers will take advantage of that. Ortiz made him miss but didn't make him pay. At the end his stamina wilted and he ran a lot. Bad day at the office for Lopez all round.

Yeah fair points. Teofimo was going crazy in that post-fight interview. I can't wait for you guys to dissect his behaviour on The Boxing Asylum podcast, truly worrying stuff. And yes, I agree, I don't think it's a coincidence that he's had three bad performances against movers (George Kambosos, Sandor Martin and Jamaine Ortiz). I also forgot to mention in my article that despite looking impressive against Taylor, Catterall had already beaten the Scotsman but famously didn't get the decision.

We'll definitely break it down tomorrow night. I could see Haney running rings around him. Shame, as the night he battered Commey, and the Loma win, he looked like he had it all.
